- Understand how our own socialization as well as myths about women can hinder our ability to articulate a clear and purposeful career vision, and learn strategies to overcome this.

Learn how to make your contributions seen and heard and ask for what you need to advance your career, and understand why this can be harder for women.
- Learn to speak bravely and intentionally about who you are and what you have to offer your organization. Develop the skills to discuss your ambitions in a way that connects to your organization’s goals, and enroll others in making your work visible.
- Understand how unconscious biases have led to traps that women can fall into including imposter syndrome, the perfection trap, the disease to please and the reluctance to ask. Learn strategies to overcome this and how to call out biases at work when you see them in a productive way.

MODULE 3
Optimize
Learn how to build and leverage your relationships for career advancement and understand the challenges women face in doing so.
- Learn to map your existing network and have a clear picture of who is helping you get ahead. Build strategies for developing a bigger network, and learn to think strategically about who can help you and why they would.
- Understand the systemic reasons why women may fall into the trap of believing that putting our heads down and doing good work is enough, and why communicating to influence can be harder for women and learn strategies to overcome this.

MODULE 4
Rise
Learn how to develop a growth mindset, build greater resilience and cultivate optimism. Develop strategies for reframing negative thinking that can hold women back.
- Learn how to practice emotional regulation, manage your energy, and build healthy habits.
- Understand why cultural expectations and systems that have expected certain behaviors from women can result in our negative thinking and rumination, and learn strategies to overcome this.
